I finally passed my POH on the third try. I have realized that being 92% plaque free is hard to do but well worth it. My mouth feels like it is healthier and I feel better knowing that I am brushing and flossing the correct way! I am happy to be plaque free!
Oh god, that POH is a nighmare. it took me 4 times to pass the first time. i traid everything. nothing would work. i had to brush for 1 hour,so i can pass. my lips were sore for 2 days. cant' belive we have to do it every semester. if you want to pass you just need to do what i did. lol
ReplyDeleteOmg! I thought passing the POH was a piece of cake on my first POH trial. Because I know I have been taking care of my teeth for the longest time but the only that I'm bad on doing is flossing my teeth. Is just too much pain too my gums when I floss. A few weeks before my first POH I went and got my teeth clean so I was for sure that I will pass my POH; therefore, I made a bet with one of the dental student that I will pass. Unfortunately, I failed, with a 56%. OMG, I was so disappointed, but then I know the trick on passing my future POH.
